Spread in 17 1 ⁄ 4 " x 11 1 ⁄ 2 " jelly-roll pan lined with greased parchment paper . Bake at 350 ° F for 10 min . Invert on kitchen towel dusted with powdered sugar ; remove paper . From short end , roll cake in towel . Cool . With mixer , beat 1 ( 8 oz .) pkg . Neufchâtel cheese , 1 ( 8 oz . pkg .) whipped topping and 1 ⁄ 2 cup powdered sugar . Unroll cake . Spread on 1 ⁄ 3 cup strawberry jam , then Neufchâtel filling . Reroll to enclose filling .
