Raise a glass today with a sparkling citrus cocktail ! This refreshing sip gets an extra zing , thanks to a splash of orange liqueur .
To make a Citrusy Aperol Spritz : Chill 6 wineglasses about 30 minutes . Divide 3 cups of ice cubes evenly among glasses . Divide 1 cup of Aperol , then

⁄ 4 cup of Grand Marnier among glasses . Tilt one glass and carefully pour in prosecco ( from a 750-ml . bottle ), not filling quite all the way . Repeat with remaining glasses . Add a dash of bitters to each glass . Gently stir to combine . Top off with club soda . Garnish with orange slices and rosemary , if desired . Serves 6 .

That ’ s the word from researchers reporting in the journal Health & Place . They surveyed 149 participants about their exposure to nature and about any cravings for unhealthy foods . The result : People who had access to a
garden or green space ( either their own or a community spot ) reported more infrequent and less intense cravings compared to those who didn ’ t spend time around greenery . Other research has found that exposure to nature dials down levels of hungerstimulating cortisol . No time to get outside ? The study found even looking at trees through a window can deliver the benefit !
